Quick Search & Rovo Integration

Our #1 and #2 most requested features are here! Questions with accepted answers are now discoverable in Confluence quick search and Rovo AI.

When enabled, the app mirrors your resolved Q&A content to regular Confluence pages. This makes your knowledge base searchable - users can find answers directly from Confluence's quick search bar, and Rovo AI can draw on your Q&A content when answering questions.

By default, only questions with accepted answers are indexed, ensuring search results lead to validated, helpful content. You can optionally index all questions and answers. Enable this feature globally for all spaces or selectively per-space. Use the "Index questions" button to backfill your existing questions.
