Questions Macro
Use the Questions macro to embed a short list of questions on any Confluence page. It is a read-only list with titles and answer counts, plus vote counts when your permissions allow it.

Tip: Leave Space blank to create a cross-space questions list for dashboards or team pages.
Voting permissions and sorting
If you do not have permission to view votes in a space, vote counts are hidden for questions from that space. When sorting by votes is not allowed, the macro falls back to newest.
View all questions
The macro includes a View all questions link:
- For a specific space, it opens that space's Questions view
- For all spaces, it opens the global Questions view if enabled
Troubleshooting
If questions are not enabled in the selected space, or you do not have permission to view them, the macro shows a message instead of a list.
If there are no matching questions, you will see "No questions found."
A tagged macro checks one bounded page of up to 200 visible question candidates and immediately shows every verified match it finds, up to the configured 5, 10, or 15 maximum. If more candidates could add or change the displayed results, select Check more questions to check one additional page. You can repeat this while the button remains available. Existing results stay visible, including when a checked page has no additional match.
If checking another page fails, the current results remain visible with "Could not check more questions. Try again." Select Check more questions to retry. "Unable to load questions" is reserved for a full request or data-loading failure.
Note: Enable Questions for a space in Space Settings → Apps → Community Questions.
